Morgan Fox, DO

Dr. Morgan Fox is board certified in Family Medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine. She completed her undergraduate training at Michigan State University, with a degree in psychology. She went on to obtain her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Detroit. She then completed her Family Medicine Residency at Corewell Health Farmington Hills, formerly Botsford General Hospital-Beaumont Farmington Hills.

 

Dr. Morgan Fox has also been certified in cosmetic Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers. She is an active member in the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, and the Michigan Osteopathic Association. Dr. Morgan Fox is affiliated with Michigan Healthcare Professionals, Trinity Health at St. Mary Mercy Livonia, and Corewell Health Farmington Hills.

 

Dr. Morgan Fox’s interests within family medicine include chronic disease management, dermatology, women’s health, and addiction medicine. Her services include joint steroid injections, skin biopsies, mole and wart removals, and Buprenorphine-Naloxone and Naltrexone prescriber.

 

Dr. Morgan Fox grew up in the Metro-Detroit area where she currently resides with her husband, Zach, and their dog, Enzo. Outside of work, she loves to golf, play pickleball and tennis, and spend time with family.

Michael Fox, D.O., D.A.B.A.M., F.A.O.A.A.M., D.F.A.S.A.M.

Dr. Michael Fox has been in practice since 1978. He is the founder of Arbor Medical. He did his undergraduate at the University of Michigan. He obtained his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa. Dr. Michael Fox also completed training at Haight Ashbury free clinic. He was the former director of the chemical dependency unit at St. Mary Mercy Livonia.

 

Dr. Michael Fox was the associate Medical Director at The Oxford Institute and the medical director at Harbor Oaks Chemical Dependency Unit, the former Psychiatric Centers of Michigan. He was also on staff at Brighton Hospital. He is certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians and certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Addiction Medicine, certified in addiction by the American Osteopathic Academy of Addiction Medicine, distinguished fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and fellow of the American Osteopathic Academy of Addiction Medicine. He is a provider for the Health Professionals Recovery Program.

 

Dr. Michael Fox is affiliated with Michigan Healthcare Professionals. He is on staff at Trinity Health at St. Mary Mercy Livonia and Corewell Health Farmington Hills. Dr. Fox is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Society of Addiction Medicine, and the American Osteopathic Academy of Addiction Medicine. He has been recognized as a Top Doctor in Hour Magazine for over 10 years.

 

Dr. Michael Fox's interests and services include management of chronic pain, mood disorders, and providing medical care and ambulatory detox from drugs including but not limited to sedatives, opiates, stimulants, heroin, and kratom. Outside of work, Dr. Michael Fox enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He loves going to the movies or watching a classic from his own collection. He also enjoys working out, golfing, and playing tennis, pickleball and paddle ball.

Kristi Capaldi, PA-C

Kristi Capaldi has been a board certified Physician Assistant since 2003. Kristi completed her undergraduate degree in Physiology at Michigan State University and completed her PA training at Wayne State University. She is also an active member of AAPA and MAPA.

 

Kristi has been working at Arbor Medical for over two decades, specializing in family medicine and addiction medicine. She is deeply committed to patient care and holds extensive knowledge in medical detox and medically assisted treatment (including Buprenorphine and Vivitrol) for people with substance use disorders.

 

Outside of work, Kristi lives with her husband (Matt) two teenage daughters (Ella and Maria) and dog (Burton). She enjoys traveling, relaxing lake days, and cheering on her daughters at soccer games.
